1. Non-Returnable Policy

All our products are strictly non-returnable.

If a product is delivered in perfect condition and is free from any damage, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

2. 3-Day Replacement Only (For Damaged/Defective Items)

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit/delivery, or

Defective (not working properly upon arrival),

We will gladly replace it with a fresh piece. Please note that we only offer replacements, not refunds.

3. How to Claim a Replacement

You must report the damaged or defective product within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
