Welcome to Sparkle'S & Shine! We strive to deliver your favorite stationery, toys, and jewelry in the safest and fastest way possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Dispatch & Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship across India. Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are:

North India Cities: 4 to 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas/North-East: 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee will Be included with Your Order While Ordering the product.

Cash on delivery Policy: If You want To Get teh Product in COD Form you have you Pay an Extra Amount of Rs. 39 along with Your Order.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, a unique Tracking ID/Link will be sent to your registered email address/mobile number. You can track your package live until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Damaged in Transit?

If your package looks heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at sparklessandshineofficial@gmail.com.

6. Incorrect Address / Refused Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before confirming the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
